Note:
1. The flour and water mixing ratio is supposed to 5:2.
2. The width of the dough is .57in(maximum).
3. Please cut the blended dough into slices(about .39in thickness),sprinkle some dry flour,put it into the pressure roller,and roll it with the hand crank.
4. Switch the dough grade knob in order. Level 1-5 is for noodles,and level 1-6 is for ravioli.
5. Please roll the hand crank clockwise to complete the noodles. Anticlockwise not allowed,or it will be damage to the pasta cutter.
6. There are 6 holes on the inner surface of dough grade knob,which are to hold the settings steadily.
